Had an appointment at 10 am this morning. Got there, and the doors are locked. Got on the phone with the appointment line and as I'm on the phone with them, a lady comes out. She doesn't say anything to me. So I ask her, are y'all open? She says, the doctor won't be there til 1030. I said then why do I have an appointment at 10? So only then did she let me in. Easy to deal with friendly people
Staff is very friendly but my request to increase flower was a hassle. The Cuban doctor that was supposed to increase the flower put the increase for distillate instead. Now I have to go back on my lunch hour to correct their mistake. Customer service was horrible and needs to learn how to talk to customers instead of hanging up on them.
They really understand your pain and are so willing to help you thank you.
The staff is unprofessional. No acknowledgement or warm greeting when you walk in. They don't even look at you or make any eye contact. They just seem annoyed to be there. The gentleman that put in my orders at the end had a child in his office with him and started cursing at him. It was the worst experience I've had with any renewal at this location.
