I’ve been a patient here for 6 years and have always been treated in a polite, professional manner until today. The new “receptionist” was incredibly rude. Her condescending tone and delivery were something I’ve never dealt with in a medical setting. It was completely uncalled for and I was unable to explain myself because she wasn’t having it.
