I have gone for trement at this location and this doctor has refused to give me a discarge latter saying that I am no longer going to this doctor I have been having so much pain that since this doctor didn'tgive me The Care that I needed I would not recommend to see this doctor office the doctor name is Myra White she does Anesthesiology/Pain Management I have gone many times asking for this paper and because I can't get this paper I might have problems going to another place I am very upset
