1-Star Review (If I Could Give Zero, I Would) I’ve never experienced anything as unprofessional as this dental office. After waiting weeks for an appointment, I showed up only a few minutes late, and instead of understanding or even basic courtesy, I was met with hostility, rudeness, and outright disrespect. The dentist didn’t just act impatient — they insulted me, raised their voice, and behaved as if showing up for an appointment was some kind of inconvenience to them. Excellent experience again at Marigold. Dr. Alex went over and above and spent almost 2 hours making sure the post for my crown was perfect. The technicians were also excellent. Everyone involved at this dentist office is incredibly polite, competent and professional. Highly recommend.
Doctors Alex and Kristen and all of their associates are very efficient, respectful, courteous, and caring! Their work as a team definitely is five stars!
I just went in for my first (and not the last) cavity filling here. I cannot thank the staff enough for being gracious, kind, and accommodating. As someone dealing with a panic disorder (and prior negative dentist experiences), dental procedures can be really daunting for me. Dr. Alex and went above and beyond to accommodate me, encourage me, and most importantly, make sure my teeth are taken care of. Marigold Dentistry staff and drs. are amazing, I had big time dental anxiety from a bad dentist in my youth, everyone there made me feel comfortable (nitrous helps). very thorough in explanation of the procedures, I would recommend them to anyone, dental anxiety or not,,,, thank you Marigold
