I just went in for my first (and not the last) cavity filling here. I cannot thank the staff enough for being gracious, kind, and accommodating. As someone dealing with a panic disorder (and prior negative dentist experiences), dental procedures can be really daunting for me. Dr. Alex and went above and beyond to accommodate me, encourage me, and most importantly, make sure my teeth are taken care of. Marigold Dentistry staff and drs. are amazing, I had big time dental anxiety from a bad dentist in my youth, everyone there made me feel comfortable (nitrous helps). very thorough in explanation of the procedures, I would recommend them to anyone, dental anxiety or not,,,, thank you Marigold
Beware that they don't do pre-treatment evaluations, they did x-rays on me when my insurance wasn't going to cover it, so I had out of pocket cost. They claimed that it was because my insurance was out of state and that it takes longer than usual, so they went ahead and did the x-rays without me knowing it wasn't covered. My insurance covers the in depth x-rays every 5 years, and they did these x-rays 2 years too soon. We are changing practices. I don't need extra cost when I already pay for Delta Dental insurance.
