The park at the corner of Derrimut Road and Dohertys Road was supposed to open two years ago, but it is still not completed. A similar delay occurred with my lot title, which was delayed by almost nine months. Based on my experience, I would not trust them.
I had a very poor experience, primarily due to the design approval team. They demonstrated a lack of professionalism and communicated poorly with the client. I cannot recommend their services
