This place is very very awful. They treat their patients awful, I have been to this emergency room more than I would like to say, and they've always treated me badly.There's been a few times where they haven't. The majority of the time, though, I get treated awful every single time. And they have all these signs up about what they won't tolerate, and the crazy thing is the doctors. What is wrong with his hospital system ! are they really here for the people or a training ground for the most incompetent doctors and nurses ! Not to say there are a few that do work here but the worst ones make up the majority of them . They read about these complaints and say nothing?
It is ironic how they've "zero tolerance" signs up for patients, but the staff themselves do not practice this. They have abusive and aggressive staff at the Belpre ER. A staff member decided it was okay to yell at me, ave an attitude, slam her hands and give my 12 year old a dirty look. It was enough to scare me since I've PTSD that I'd rather go home & die then be treated at that ER. The woman that did this was a tech or nurse. Her name started with a K, dark brown to black hair. Sat for almost an hour with my 9 year old who was having an hard time breathing and high fever when no one was there. Kept being told sorry they're in a shift change. His breathing kept getting worse and fever going higher and nothing! We were literally the one people there. Absolutely ridiculous. Left and went to camden clark. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!
