Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed in my dealings with Mariesa and the way she handled the transaction as the buying agent for the home I purchased. It was brought to Mariesa’s attention after we signed the contract that there was a potential of a special assessment for the home that I was purchasing, but she and her broker claim that they didn’t have to tell me once the contract was signed.
