Paid $565 for a deep move-in clean. The house was still visibly dirty, including floors, baseboards, fixtures, and cobwebs, with dirt transferring to our socks. Photos were taken the same night as the cleaning. We contacted Marie directly, requested a $250 partial refund, and asked about a missing long-handled dustpan and box of gloves that were present before the cleaning. No response. Marie and Cheri were amazing! My husband and I were in need of a good deep cleaning service, and they proved it! Cheri and Marie really put in time and attention to everything, they took the time and the house looks so beautiful!!! They detailed walls, falls, kitchen windows. Very lovely people, and trustworthy.
