I had a truly horrible and deeply upsetting experience at this Mariel hair beauty salon. My hair was cut much shorter than I wanted, and I am not happy with the overall look. My hair also seems rough at the ends, which has left me even more concerned about its condition. Throughout most of the appointment, I was crying because I was so concerned and upset about my hair. I want to thank Mariel for doing an outstanding cut and color on my hair and for squeezing me in on such a late notice on Saturday. Asked for Mariel and somehow got switched to Mary. Specifically requested a shoulder length bob and got a horrible super short bob from Mary that was nothing like the picture example I showed them. Totally upset and disappointed. Buying a wig to wear till my hair grows back! Don't let them switch you to Mary unless you want a crew cut. I wish I had insisted on Mariel who I made the original appointment with. I know she's a good stylist.
