The pricing structure is so much higher then other work shops / mechanics would not recommend for the pricing and I tried to do the vehicle inspection and they added a false thing to it they said it would all cost 1300 dollars I was like what because I had 1 front partially damaged and 1 back light not working in my Nissan Versa and I needed a vehicle inspection too and just needed the spark plugs changed I was like no then they said 37 or something dollars for the inspection I was like ok gave them that went to another mech... read more
Dont agree with their pricing structure and parts cost but manager did help move my car to another shop. Manager did try to make amends / course correct after a bad experience. Note to the owner / manager: you CAN do better. Train your people on service writing with fair prices. If ypur parts are more expensive than the dealer no one will bring you their business. Also dont treat women like idiots on the off chance they did motorsports and worked in service at a dealer. Play fair.
