I was taken to A O Fox Hospital ER with strange symptoms. Chest pressure and vomiting blood. They asked about my insurance first and then left me on a stretcher without any help. They ignored me. I had to climb down by myself and walk to a bathroom despite being very dizzy and almost falling. Someone came in to draw blood. I was an RN and told her the only place to find a viable vein. Stay away from the Bariatric program. Left to their treatment I would have been permanently incapacitated. Go ANYWHERE else

I agree completely with Betty B. Ryan White is so rude. When I walked in the room, I saw him roll his eyes. After about 3 minutes, he said 'there's nothing I can do for you.' Amazing.

Bassett does have some really awful practitioners but my new one - Dr. VanHouten is excellent. He wanted to hear everything I went through and worked with me to get the help I need. He listens and actually reads your chart before he meets you. Most of the Bassett reviews are awful and I've been accused of doctor shopping but what else would you do if your doctor/NP fails you. Dr. VanHouten will take you seriously.

Don't forget to ask or if you changed your mind about a urgent.Thing that was offered to you like home.Help getting direct contact to you. A doctor is so poor in this network. They make you wait 3 days when you need urgent care. That day. I just want to get away from them

They treated me pretty bad. They refer to me as transgender in the patient notes while misgendering me and they dismissed and rushed through everything to make me leave and wouldn't give me a pain killer and it was 2.5hrs in the waiting room. If I could give half a star I would.

I’m very disappointed with the care provided by Fatima Hussain. We came in later in the day, and she was quick to make assumptions without thoroughly diagnosing the situation. She promised to order medications and a urine test, but neither were done. After waiting 3 hours, she ended her shift without following through, leaving us to start over with the next doctor at 9pm. It’s absolutely ridiculous to be left hanging like that for hours with no progress. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience.
