NEVER WORK WITH THIS AGENT. RUN AWAY!!! Marie-Yvonne's group was the listing agent on a property I just bought and part of the inclusions were furniture. The sellers were never explained this due to the gross incompetence and negligence at Marie-Yvonne's group and this resulted in the sellers refusing to give us the furniture we purchased, and legally owned.
