Very knowledgeable, respectful and trustworthy
I was referred for an examination and evaluation to be conducted by Dr. Vetter. The session was very thorough and I found her to be a total professional. She conducted and completed my examination session in a very timely manner. I will surely be seeing her for future hearing issues.
I went with my spouse to get hearing testing done for my spouse. Dr. Vetter was very patient, did a thorough exam, recommended hearing aids, set them LOW to start, then on the next visit, adjusted them exactly to the places my spouse was having difficulty hearing. When one of the rechargeable batteries failed unexpectedly, she gave us a replacement at no charge, plus some non-rechargeable ones to tide us over if there was any failure afterward. She was wonderful.
