I was looking to book an appointment with Dr. Colbert and the level of service (or lack thereof) that I received from, what I'm assuming is a desk assistant, insinuates that this doctor is probably not as competent as these reviews make her seem. A good doctor holds their staff to an appropriate standard of service, as the staff gives patients the first impression of the doctor they will be dealing with. The bar was set very low by whomever answered the phone at the front desk.

I have only spoken to (2) of doctor Colbert’s staff members. One female on Thursday of last week and another young lady on this morning. I highly feel that staff and they way that they communicate and represent the providers are just as essential as the providers themselves because these are the 1st point of contact with any potential patient or current patient. So glad i found Dr. Colbert. She listened to me and my concerns. I am plus size and she didn't just say loose weight and you will fine. She even drew a picture to explain a possible procedure. The entire staff was nice. Valerie in Labs was great. I am so pleased to be a new patient.

After struggles, Dr. Colbert sat down and reviewed scans to help educate me on issues. She was incredibly thoughtful, thorough, knowledgeable and passionate. I’ve seen other docs in the practice, but she is now my go to physician in the practice!!! So thankful to have answers and a plan to improve my reproductive health.
