My children have been patients of Pediatrics of Central Florida for over 19 years. Until recently we have been very satisfied with the level of care we have always received there, but I can honestly since Dr. Velez retired, we have slowly seen the a demise in the quality. Appointments are rushed, prescriptions are not sent to the pharmacies as expected, they no longer give you paper prescriptions so you are forced to rely on the office to send in the prescription to the pharmacy - this last time we have been waiting 3 day... read more
