Very Rude person called me and I said I am not a patient please do not call this number. This woman starts arguing with me. I can see why the reviews are low. RUDE RUDE Update: Your response is ridiculous! I never WAS a patient what part of that do you people not understand. I have never been to your office nor do I know where it is located or called your office ever!
Receptionist rude, called for appointment and she said "we don't take Bluecross Blueshiel and we have no Medicare appointment openings for a while." No apologize, no concerns.
Dr Prinsen is great! Front desk..... Not so great! ..
My relative has been sick for months. She’s been in and out of the hospital and is now in a rehab facility completely immobile. Have not been able to reach this woman for 2 months. Will not even return a phone call.
Amazing doctor! These low reviews have nothing to do with her so they should be removed! I have known her for more than 10 years and she is knowledgeable, caring and competent!
