Unfortunately, I had a pretty poor initial impression and experience with Dr. Charron. The staff and nurses were very pleasant (hence the 2-star rating), but I cannot say the same about the doctor. During the visit, she: - Barged into the room 20-25 minutes late (at least). - She said that she did not have any images from my doctor to review and was about to leave. I liked her. She asked the right questions and went over my test results in detail. I have an extremely complicated situation going on and although she doesn't do the type of surgery I may need she did not just push me off to another doctor. She is helping to get to the problem. I would recommend her. Slight accent, french I believe, but easy enough to understand.
