Dry hands even with oil, very cluttered area. The secretary (I think) was on the phone when I arrived and asked me to fill out a form upon arrival, but no one looked at this form. My masseuse kept the big light on for part of the session. I had to ask for her to massage me less forcefully. I had also requested a suction cup massage and it was very unpleasant. I winced in pain a few times.
The masseuse takes breaks; she yawns too… there's no variety in her movements at all… she does the same movements… you get the impression she's tired and doesn't want to massage… Good points: appointment time is respected, the place is clean, the staff is polite, and the massage is kept to a certain length.
