I visited this massage therapy clinic two weeks ago for my very first massage, and honestly, my therapist, Franche, gave me an exceptional therapeutic massage. I give her 5 stars without hesitation! Today, I went back with another therapist. Since Franche wasn't working, I experienced some dissatisfaction with the other massage therapist, but the owner contacted me for a follow-up, which I appreciated. As the saying goes: I'll give the runner another chance!
Dry hands even with oil, very cluttered area. The secretary (I think) was on the phone when I arrived and asked me to fill out a form upon arrival, but no one looked at this form. My masseuse kept the big light on for part of the session. I had to ask for her to massage me less forcefully. I had also requested a suction cup massage and it was very unpleasant. I winced in pain a few times.
