Honestly if I could give it a 0, I would. The service was HORRIBLE! I’m paying YOU to braid MY hair, AND YOU GOT AN ATTITUDE??!!!! Now don’t get me wrong my braids were cute, but I can get treated better at so many other braiding shops. They also tried to charge me $650 for some braids and this didn’t even include hair. Again, so many other braiding shops for cheaper, provide hair, and treat their customers well. Don’t go here.

If Mary had done my hair, it would have probably looked much better. Imagine getting your hair done and not one black person complimented you on how good it looked. It was ok but not good.

The lady was rude upon arriving. We are light skin people. She immediately said to the other lady "could u do this type lf hair." Then they made me wait 10 minutes while 2 of them had no clients. It was for my 7 year old to braid his man bun hair. She did such a horrible job the braids came out in less than 2 days. I have pictures. Waste of 60$. 2 months earlier we went to another place in roselle and his braids lasted a whole week with going to the pool and beach and everywhere. This time. Only home. And all ruined.
