Warning about Dr Nevin's office staff- My doctor recommended that I see Dr. Nevin, and gave me a referral to see her. I called to make an appt, explained why I was making the appt and confirmed that I had the doctor referral they were asking for. I was told she was booking 5 months out. I was hesitant to wait, but since she came highly recommended by my doctor, I waited the 5 months. Outstanding care- explains everything
The Dr is very professional. The office staff never answer the phone ! You can’t talk to a person unless you want to book an appointment. The horrible automated phone system is antiquated and frustrating. If you leave a message.. no one calls you back… every time I have an issue with an RX I cannot get a person. The worst patient service……..
Highly recommend! Dr. Nevin is an expert in her field. She answered all my questions so thoroughly and patiently. Her bedside manor is unmatched. Not to mention, the entire staff was so incredibly kind. Personally, I'm never excited to go to the doctor, and navigation this new chapter has been challenging. Dr. Nevin helped me understand this diagnosis with an ease that helped me relax, in language I understood. If you need an endocrinologist, Dr. Nevin is well worth the wait!
