I have been visiting Dr. Weston for over 15 years. I have always found her to be pleasant, considerate and concerned.
After over a year of one health issue after another and I feel that no one was really getting to the root of what was happening to me. I continued to suffer one health crisis after another. Patient for 6 years and had my daughter with this practice. Through my many visits I would say the care is ok until recently. I changed insurance co's and need a prior auth to get the both control I use. The office told me they had a 'no prior auth rule' and could make an exception with Dr. Van Gilder's ok. Well she won't do it, didn't even look at my chart, and I am now unable to get the pill I need because she won't sign her name. Patient care???
This medical practice is horrible. They intentionally change to billing code in order to change the patient more money because they do not want to accept the insurance amount and they refuse to code the visit accurately.
Dr. G really cares a lot, and you can tell. She explains everything thoroughly, is easy to reach, and is so patient with questions. I’m lucky to have her for my first pregnancy, as it’s been trying and challenging.
What’s supposed to be a beautiful experience was an absolute nightmare for me. Unfortunately he was the on call dr who delivered my second child. He was abrasive, callous and had zero empathy towards me. He even screamed at a nurse who was just trying assist him while he broke my water. I had many physical problems after the birth and my last and final experience of pregnancy and giving birth was ruined by him.
