Beware, she’ll redeem both of your Groupons on the first visit, and you’ll have to come back for the second visit, i instead of redeeming on the second. She’ll charge you a fee if you don’t come. I had two situations beyond my control, one of them being in the hospital for a week. She waived the first situation, but when I was hospitalized and had no way offer reaching, she didn’t care. I hadn’t had a wax professionally in over a year and was kinda nervous after it being so long. But she was very sweet and professional and it didn’t hurt at all. That was my concern. I have found my new wax person and will be coming back!

Wasn’t my first time getting a wax but had been a minute and I can see they made the experience wonderful. I hate changing people when I know they can do a wonderful job but my original kept moving further and further on the other side of Houston. I took the chance and tried somewhere new that bonus happened to be right by my house. The environment was so relaxing and we were laughing and telling stories like we knew each other for years.
