I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30, received a call to confirm my appointment date and time to be the same as provided on my appointment card. Get to my appointment and they tell me that my appointment is at 3:30. I showed them my appointment card and they just said that I can wait the 2 hours in the waiting room and that maybe they could see me earlier.

Honestly does no one wonder where Dr. McGlynn has been for the last few years???? Anytime you try to schedule an appointment with her, her office staff tells you that she’s out of office but you can see the physician assistant. Either it’s time for her to retire or go back to the office to work and see her patience. Staff is extremely rude, I don’t understand how this office still has patients. I cannot believe how extremely RUDE the employees at this office were. I spoke with Amanda, the office manager and she was so condescending and horrible. I called to establish care and spoke with Sela who scheduled me an appointment for March 19th. I let her know that my insurance was a JMPN HMO plan and that I was going to call my insurance to have them post date the change of PCP for 3/1/24 since I'm currently under the care of another physician and cannot NOT have a PCP in the interim. I have had Dr McGlynn as my doctor since moving here 22 years ago. She has always taken time to listen to me and given me good advice. It is hard to get an appointment quickly but she is very busy..Her staff has a big turnover but they are all very nice especially Amanda.
