"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the diagnostic approach at this practice. I was originally told I required five fillings. After having three completed, I transitioned to a new dentist who informed me that my remaining teeth required no intervention. This discrepancy suggests that the original treatment plan was unnecessary. Given the high costs charged by this office, I am concerned that clinical recommendations are being influenced by financial gain rather than patient need."
Dr. Marie is simply the BEST!! She is always so professional and gentle, and the staff is so friendly and treats you like family! Chanell is awesome! I highly recommend them to all my friends and family, and would give them 10-stars if I could!
I would give them 10 stars if I could. I had a traumatic experience at a dentist when I was a child, so I am very particular when it comes to getting dental work done. I found this place when I lived in Auburn and now I live in Palm Springs and I still come here. The whole staff is incredibly patient and kind! Their mission is to give you a healthy mouth and a beautiful smile. When I think about Auburn Family Dental, I think how ironic it is to have the name "family" in their name... when you're a patient of Auburn family dental, you are treated as family and you know its sincere.
