Had an appointment, it got rescheduled two times after a year & 3 month span and the doctor was never there and they never called back! Also when I tried to get test results it took them forever to get back to me!
I had a bad experience with her and her nursing staff during a new patient telehealth appointment. The nursing staff reported to me that her Zoom wasn't working and that I would recieve a FaceTime. Her FaceTime must not have been working either, because I never recieved a call. They charged me for the appointment that I never recieved. I would recommend that new patients find another doctor for telehealth.
I have been a patient of Dr. Lightbourne’s for over 5 years. She has always been kind and responsive.You can trust her judgement and she cares about you as a person. Keysha is amazing! The front desk people are kind and get you scheduled right away. The only time I have had to wait is when they fit me in because of my crazy schedule. Love Dr. Lightbourne!
