Dedicated Physician. Listens to your concerns. She's spread a little thin with double duty in management and in family practice, but she is very knowledgeable and compassionate.

My husband and I have seen Dr. Alfaro Breeze on many occasions and she is great at listening to your concerns and treating. She does not hesitate to run tests when necessary. She is caring and I would recommend her to anyone as we have been very pleased with her treatments. Our only problem is that she was always booked because of her short hours.
Extremely disappointing. If you want a Dr. who is pro-active, this is not the one! Does not read her emails or familiarize herself with your records unless you ask. Does not remind you of your annual tests you should have, I've had to ask about them every time, even then getting vague, second hand responses. Assumes you know what to do, when to do it, how Kaiser operates, and does not communicate clearly, if at all. Passes the buck. Seems not to care about her patients.
