Excellent Dr. but the only problem when you call the office they have you on hold for the longest, they should have more staff at the front desk, they do not give the information to Dr. on time, my dad that has medication that needs to take it on a daily basis, there has been time that he has not taken it for a week because the Dr. never got the message. When i call to refill, i was shocked that i was advised that my dad had not been in to see the Dr. when indeed he was there a month prior, that really
The staff is very rude and arrogant, the girl who schedules the appointments is very mean, never gives the appointment within a week always says will call back and never calls. When you ask for her name she gives a wrong name. I was sick and requested for an appointment on April 1st she gave me on April 14th. And I called to cancel today because I got better she says there will be a no-show fee. I am so tired of this place.
Idk from where to start she just care about $$ without asking she will draw your blood, she put u in waiting room for hours and move u to different room thn again put u in waiting. She comes at least 4 to 5 hours mean while she was in her office talking on the phone n eating n relaxing. I saw it that’s y writing and if u ask more 3 questions about ur health after waiting this long she gets upset. She is a nice doc but her waiting is worst worst worst

Doctor have great bedside manners, Patience, listen, and very knowledgeable. I miss my doctor. Haven't found one like her since moving 5yrs ago
