Worst medical outfit I've been in. First the lobby isn't okay for what they do. Size is big enough but no seating. Why have a big lobby with very little seating? I'm SMI and for them not knowing what that is it's severe mental illness. I have high anxiety and known for anxiety attacks. I was waiting in the lobby and was able to have a seat. I just brought my son in for his follow up appointment today and was again impressed with this clinic. It is new and very clean and well organized. Each staff member who helped us, from the registration clerk to Iris to Dr. Bichette, was very friendly, patient and professional. The facility also includes a lab and pharmacy so you can take care of most of your needs on the same visit. I highly recommend this clinic!
My aunt went here and asked her nurse if she could speak Spanish. The lady, Kathleen Norman, proceeded to say "you lived here for 10 years and you still can't speak English? I guess it's time to go back to your country." This racist remark is not acceptable in an environment where help is given to the PATIENTS. We tried reaching out to the director but they excused by saying my aunt "misunderstood" the supposed "joke." Find new workers who are actually respectful to your patients.
That was awesome
