Highly recommend!! Dr Ross has changed my life for the better!!! Incredibly patient with me!!! He has given me life changing results with my all on 6!! I was awake for the entire process and cried about it before hand not knowing what to expect! Extremely gentle and little to zero pain the day after!!! I still have two more sets of temporary to get through until I get my permanents but thus far he has done an outstanding job!!!!! If you’re looking for life changing results he is the dentist for you❤️❤️❤️

First time here and o my to receive a quote for over $5,000. Which is understandable for the work. I was unable to make it to my appointment due to a very strict employer, I called prior to my appointment only for them to quickly say “you will be charged $50 for a no show”. Not understanding at all of the situation that was out of my control. Asked for a supervisor who called back only to say “it’s in our policy and you have to notify within 48 hours” today it’s Monday and they were closed since Thursday!! Call “dropped” or ... read more
The entire staff was amazing. It'd been a minute or two since my last Dentist appointment. Needless to say, I was nervous. Each team member was friendly, informed and empathetic. I would certainly recommend this Practice to anyone.
My complaint is only with billing/insurance verification. They thrive off being deceptive here and there is really no way to avoid it as they bill in advance for services you may or may not receive at the time of the appointment. They over estimate costs, they do not reach out to you in the event of an overpayment (had to request my own almost $600 refund for overcharging me) and if any service performed (whether requested or not) is not covered by your insurance they will not tell you until after service is rendered when th... read more
