Absolutely would give Dalia a 1000/5 stars if I could. She is extremely affordable, kind, and AMAZING at what she does! Her turnaround time is like no other and she really listens to your needs and wants and works with you and brings your vision to life. If I could tell any future bride anything, it is to go to Serendipity for your dress and alterations! She is sooo worth it! :)
I recently had my wedding dress altered, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Dalia who helped me was incredibly kind and attentive. She listened to my concerns and made suggestions that really improved the fit. What impressed me most was how quickly she worked; I expected the process to take longer, but she had everything done in no ime. The dress looks perfect now, and I feel so much more confident in it. Highly recommend her services for any bridal alterations!
If I could give her 6 stars I would! So so so helpful. I had a huge disaster with my dress and had to get a whole new one three weeks before my wedding! She was so helpful and accommodating. She was able to alter my dress in a matter of days and I was able to get my dress back just in time for my wedding (keep in mind, most alterations take weeks to months). I could not recommend her enough. The absolute sweetest and most helpful lady.
