The vet, Kelly Larson is a very mean human being, with no regard for humanity and shows no character. She contradicts herself and doesn’t speak truth. She doesn’t listen to people. She seems to just be very unhappy with herself. She makes dog parents wait until she feels like taking care of your dog. She picks who she wants to be nice to but she is not a woman of integrity. She knows that what she did today was wrong and tried to cover up a mess of her staff. The truth always comes to light.
I had a nice experience with our puppy at this place so when our other dog got sick, I wanted to make an appointment with them too. She was not eating or playing while she was unusually vomiting and pooping around the house. The earliest date was three weeks later by which time our dog was better. But I told the staff that she was very sick for several weeks and explained all the symptoms although she looked ok now.
