Dr. Lao has been my family's physician for almost 25 years. Being a doctor's daughter, I have been so impressed with her training and professionalism. Her level of care to my family is exemplary. Dr Lao is a wonderful doctor. She listens to you, suggests what's best, and will call you with test results or if you have questions. Her nurse will forward questions and will get back to you. She is up to date on everything. Found I had osteoporosis, low in vitamin D, will get referrals immediately. The best doctor you could hope for.
