I have been coming to Maricela for many years. She is very knowledgeable about colors, and my blonde color is always optimum. I come every week .
I’m leaving this review based on my experience trying to schedule an appointment. I am Deaf and called using an ASL interpreter. As I was introducing myself, I clearly stated that I was calling through an interpreter. Before I could even finish speaking, the staff member hung up. I called back using a trilingual interpreter (English/Spanish) in case there was confusion or a language barrier. After three attempts, my calls were no longer answered.
