After being referred by someone who had used this company before, our experience was very disappointing. They came out, provided a quote and said it was a straightforward job. We were then told they’d be in touch to lock in a date, but they never followed through. We spent over four weeks chasing them by phone and text, only to be told they were going on holidays and someone else would take over the job, which never happened. If you don’t want the job, be upfront instead of wasting peoples time. Very unprofessional.

Very happy with the work Simon and the team did on my house. I was honestly quite nervous going into the project, as restumping is a major job and a significant expense, especially as a first home owner. Thankfully, the whole experience ended up being far less stressful than I expected. I had received several quotes beforehand, and there was a lot of uncertainty around whether my floorboards would need to be lifted as part of the process. Simon and his team were great. They arrived when they said they would and completed all the works within the forecast timeframe. The guys were all very respectful and hard-working. A great job all round.
