COMPLAINT - DR WENDY TRAN I came in with a horrible sore inflamed throat that I haven’t been able to eat or drink with for the last 4 days. If you physically felt my throat or used a paddle to look at the back of my tongue with a light - you’d actually be able to see this. Dr Tran did not physically check my throat and told me that it sounds like a virus so I won’t be prescribing you ANYTHING. It wasn’t until I got upset that she finally FELT my throat. I really want to thank Nurse Lyka for assisting me with my tetanus injection. She was very gentle, caring, and made the whole process quick and comfortable. I usually get nervous with injections, but she explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness.
Extremely happy with the care and professionalism we experienced here. I came in early Friday morning with my son who had serve croup. He was attended to immediately. The dr and nurse looking after us, were kind and knowledgeable in quite a stressful situation. Many thanks for your hard work and dedication serving our community ❤️🩹
I called at 9.30pm and been told by a lady that it’s quiet and to come before 10pm. Made it by 9.40pm only to get the door shut in front on my nose and a young lady said sorry we are closed. I explained through the glass door that I’ve spoke to someone and the response was well you didn’t speak to me. Walked across the street to the medical centre and the lady apologised for the inconvenience and said it should definitely be open until 10pm! I took my partner here after advice from the emergency call centre after a incident my partner had, which was not serious enough to be a hospital emergency admittance but important enough to be seen by a doctor. We arrived at 3.20 and had been seen by a doctor and had an ECG done and was out around 5.30. It was busy and there was one doctor, but we were seen by Dr Saleem (?) who gave us clear guidance on what to do if the issue recurred.
