I gave this crew too many chances - as in 7+ cleanings. They got progressively worse. Charge extra to clean the fridge but they only shuffled the food around. The crew does not acknowledge you or say hello upon arrival. They really give off an angry vibe that makes you feel uncomfortable in your own home. They are nothing more than dirt shufflers and pillow fluffers, no real cleaning. Do not use. They promised they will be there and come when they want. For example should be there at 2pm show up at noon. My fault? Gave them another shot. Yep wrong, Did not have time, I work 10 minutes away by the time I got there, you got it, gone. Called we can do it in the am. I explained again I cannot do it in the am I have a business to run. Only in the afternoon like we agreed. No I am sorry. It is my fault. Really 1.5 hours to clean my house. Use anyone else.
I hired them for a deep clean prior to a re-fi appraisal. With 3 dogs and 2 cats, I felt I'd never be out from under the constant layers of dust, pet hair, and dander. They did such an amazing job for such a good rate! I've been having them back to clean every other week since then.
