I came in with 4B African-American hair, fully detangled and prepared, expecting professional care and a respectful experience. From the moment the stylist, Maribela, touched my hair, the appointment turned degrading and hostile. Incredible service! I was in town for a conference, and she stayed open an extra hour just for me. Even though she was busy later that evening, she was so kind and helpful, and gave me a wonderful haircut. Truly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, and the service was outstanding.Amazing human being thank you again
