EDIT: Don’t waste your time becoming an established patient. I just called (7/9/26) to schedule a routine wellness exam and there is NOTHING available until August 2027! It’s such a bummer because again Dr Serrano is a great doctor. It’s really discouraging. Dr. Serrano is fantastic, but it’s nearly impossible to schedule an appointment with her. I’ve called 10 times and have not been able to connect to anyone. The staff is the worst. I’m put on hold for 4 minutes then told I cannot leave a voicemail and the call drops. DO NOT get her services.

The staff was rude when I asked questions they kept telling me to schedule another appointment for additional questions or they would charge me extra. The doctor did not suggest additional tests after telling her my concerns and had to go to a general doctor to find out it would have been corrected by the obgyn.

Booked an appointment online as a new patient since the portal says taking new patients . (2 month wait) just found out she cancelled since she is not taking new patients ….. they offered something in August with someone else.(now a 3 month wait ) I declined the offer and will look elsewhere
