Made it to my 9:30 appt right at 9:30 and they wanted to reschedule me because I was not 15 min early. I even showed them the email with my appt time.
Check in staff were very professional and polite. Dr. Serrano absolutely loved!! She is patient, answers your questions, and is very attractive. What i loved the most was the waiting time. My daughter and I had an appointment and we were both out within the hour. Checkout young lady was not very nice. She looked upset and annoyed but that is not going to affect the rating this time. 😀
Dr. Serrano, is the best!
Dr.Serrano was very professional and fast during my appointment. She had great bedside manner and explained everything I needed to know with great detail, not to mention her wait time was no more than 20-30 minutes. Definitely recommend her.
She recommended me high risk doctor without any medical history that can help me understand what I was high risk for. When all my blood, lab work and ultrasound was done by the high risk doctor he stated everything looked normal and I had a conversation with this doctor Serrano she said I was fine seeing a high risk doctor. Meanwhile bills were too high and she didn’t even cared for. Trust your body, these doctors all they want is your money. Btw; I had an unassisted birth and unmedicated.
