Zero stars. My health has gotten worse in their care. I have been a patient since 2024. They switched me from one PA that was nice to another. Failing to tell me the other one quit (I get why she quit). The second PA is where my health got worse. Told her over and over I was not feeling healthy. I have had the best 7 years of treatment thanks to Dr. Cesar Orozco at My Endocrinologist. Excellent doctor, professional, and human being. I highly recommend them.
The amount of times I have had to legitimately argue with everyone there is ridiculous honestly. I’ve fought about prescription not being sent over, notes that I need for work (they say I don’t). I’ve seen at least 4 different people and honestly it doesn’t get better. Took 3 days just to get my insulin one time but they called me crazy. Don’t waste the breath, I have been and it’s more mental pain than anything else.
