I’m m really disappointed. I was asked to complete expensive lab work since I don’t have insurance, but no one has followed up with me, even after I called twice. I’m in pain and need guidance. I hope someone can assist me as soon as possible.SMH
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Orozco for over 6 years and highly recommend him. He’s knowledgeable, clear, and precise. The team is attentive and dedicated. Most patients have excellent experiences, but we don’t always take the time to write a review. If they don’t answer the phone, texting is very efficient and the best way to reach them.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have been an established patient with this office since 2022 and the lack of care or concern from the folks at this place is off the charts. Every time I had a question for the care team, no one was ever available and the to get them to call you back is nearly impossible. The biggest issue I have and the reason for this review is that a month ago I had a total knee replacement and my blood sugar spiked alarmingly high. My experience for the two visits I have had were exceptional. They took time to listen to my concerns and offered options for treatment. My appts were with Lucia Quiroz (who is wonderful) and I did meet Dr Montoya on my first visit. My wait time after arrival at the office was minimal and the staff were courteous and efficient.
Cesar Orozco told me to take my synthroid every other Sunday in 2022. He meant to say take as usual and then every other Sunday, but he didn't and it cost me my life. Almost died, heart rate in low 20s for 2 weeks. Then couldn't take psych meds nor sleep for a month and then I got delusional and thought my family was trying to kill me.
