My experience with Dr. Vann was not only deeply troubling--it was unacceptable. I came to her seeking help for a specific dental treatment, and one that she knew had remained unresolved with prior treatment. Instead of offering genuine care, she took advantage of my situation--being only money minded, significantly increasing her fees and presenting them in a deceptive and misleading manner. I have known Dr Vann for 30 years as a patient and as a hygienist. She is probably the most educated dentist I have ever known in my 34 year career. I once asked her when she is going to retire and she said never! She loves to learn! The amount of credentials Dr. Vann holds is impressive to say the least. I had a great experience with Dr. Vann. She is knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and personable. Not only did she give me advice on my oral health, but also takes your overall wellbeing into account. She took the time to listen and understand my concerns and answer any questions, and provided me with some great resources. By far the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist!
Dr. Vann is a dentist that shows personal interest in her patients. Multiple dentists are now starting to use text messaging to schedule and respond to patients’ messages. This is not Dr. Vann; she is personable and takes interest in her patients and their oral health. She has good character.
