Today, my family and I had an appointment with Esmeralda, and she did a wonderful job on our hair. She took her time, was kind and friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Had a good experience in the beginning but lately they don’t respect scheduled time for appointments and a service of 60min ends up being 2 or more hours :(
