Extremely rude and horrible customer service. I called around 9:30 am had a very nice conversation with a man and was told the seamstress would be in at 10 which are there stated hours. I had a garment that needed an alteration that I could have possibly worn to a video shoot at 4pm the next day, but I have other garments to wear and still needed this to be altered. Maria works miracles! She is a gifted artist with a needle who solves alteration puzzles creatively. Her expert work is impeccably executed. I have never been disappointed with the way she makes clothes flatter my body!
