Very unprofessional. I called her office several of times and each time her assistant kept telling me to call back in 30,40,60mins until Maria finally answered the phone and was super upset that I kept calling. Obviously the matter was urgent for me and her girls kept telling me to call back. Which is what I did. I would leave a 0 start if it was possible, Maria is super unprofessional. I always called her and every time she would answer she would never call me back even doe she said she would. Sometimes other staff members would answer and would be really nice and helpful but never would hear back from Maria. My husband and I went to her to start off his numbers and all we needed for his truck company. Terrible service, held my paperwork for 30 days without any work being done. Went to get my paperwork and she couldn't locate the file for 30 minutes. I would avoid this place all all cost.

Terrible service providers. They filed forms incorrectly and did not take responsibility for their negligence. Terrible communication. I had to constantly reach out with little or no response at all.
