Maria and Cristy are amazing! I’ve had my tax returns filed by them for several years and it’s always been a great experience. Their communication and customer service is great. I also appreciate their transparency and patience answering my questions.
Extremely disappointed with this company. I submitted all my tax documents well in advance and was assured multiple times that my return would be completed; then finally given a date, May 2 2025. Not only did they miss that deadline without any explanation, but their communication throughout the entire process was practically nonexistent. No les recomiendo esta agencia, cada secretaria cobra a su manera, atienden cuando les da la gana, si tienes dudas por aclarar no les importa hacen el trabajo por hacer más no te dan un buen servicio!!!
no vayan con Maria, lo mas irresponsable que eh visto. me hico lo taxes malo, yo me di cuenta de su error le informe para que me lo arreglara y ijual mando los taxes malos. ahora le devo al IRS 5,000 $ y ella ni save que hico la copia de mi taxes. la llame para ver si podiamos buscarlos y me trator de lo mas mal.
