I asked the owner for a consultation and she asked me "what do you mean"? Hair stylist don't seem to give hair care advice. They just do your hair and get paid for mediocre service. I wanted a professional's opinion on the condition of my hair, a consultation! You don't have to "know" my hair to give an opinion on what you SEE. I'm not sure where they get these ridiculous prices of $140 for a touch up, condition and set but they're really not that good. I gave it a shot (twice) but not returning. NO!

WARNING. Extremely disappointed. Tried to support black businesses they scammed me. I went in to bleach my hair for the first time. I was so excited and happy AND THEN they took advantage of my kindness and charged me 130$ JUST for a color. No style, no cut-just color. They had no remorse charging me so much and when I asked why it was so much the owner said it was because she conditioned my hair. Which I thought was part of the coloring process but apparently not. Took my 10 yr old neicev as a walk in today and Maria did a fabulous job… wash/protein treatment/press all at a reasonable price. Can’t say enough how pleased I am with her hair style. Thanks a bunch Maria!!!
