I wish I had read the reviews! I bought matching ring, earrings and a pendant from this store. The ring needed to be resized. I paid upfront, the owner calculated the total cost of the 3 pieces and the resizing on a pad of paper. I was given a slip to bring back to collect the ring. On collection I was recharged for the resizing. I had already paid this but because my receipt was not itemised and pricetags are removed on purchase i couldn't prove it.
