Literally the worst hair service I’ve ever gotten, My scalp was left red and my haircut with terrible ruined my bundles completely. I wanted a sewing with a closure. They gave me a sewing, but they completely ignored my request to use the closure and to not cut my natural Hair.
I've been coming here since moving to Coatesville 2 years ago & have never had an issue. This could be because being Dominican myself, I can clearly communicate with all the ladies who work here & also understand the 'culture' behind a Dominican hair salon. But their prices are great & they let me pay them via Zelle, which is so convenient since I never carry cash.
I love this salon so much I have been coming here since I was a teenager now a young adult, same owner. A sweet dedicated young lady. Never disappointed me ever!!!!! I got my hair washed and ironed today I might try a small cut!
Gave me 2 separate 2nd degree burns on my scalp. I now have scaring and I’m traumatized. Hair looks good but man, it hurt. Never again am I going to this place.
