Owner was rude. I called just to verify it was a bridal shop and ask for their hours. The owner was very short with me then hung up before even answering any questions. Not very professional.

Went into the shop on a Sunday because they are not open on Saturdays. There was a couple ladies looking in magazines. The woman asked up if she could help and I said I was looking for a wedding dress. She pointed to the wall and said all our wedding dresses are on the wall behind the rack of other dresses. We waited a minute thinking she would move the rack and she just kept on doing what she was doing. We said ok? She said nothing. We said thank you have a good day and she said goodbye. I bought a beautiful dress a few months ago and was taking it back for alterations sometime in September. I visited the shop a few weeks after purchasing the dress to discuss exactly what alterations I needed. (Adding sleeves). The owner was extremely rude and brushed me off.
