When I transferred my scrips over I was told that the longest wait for any of them to get filled would be 1 day. Well, here we are a week out, they didn't bother to tell me they were out of stock until 5 days after I requested a refill. Told me no ETA on when they can get it, and then had the audacity to tell me they would not transfer my scrip to a pharmacy that did have my very common medication in stock (and I never had a problem with stock issues when I had this at Walgreens.) Great pharmacy. They always seem to have enough staff so they can have someone attending to pickups and another person or two working on transferring prescriptions and filling orders and all that. They've gone above and beyond helping me get the best price with medicine discount programs as well. A friendly, first rate pharmacy!
Very friendly and informative. I got my prescription very fast.
The people in this pharmacy are disgustingly disrespectful and think they can speak to you however they want. And when you match their energy, they threaten to not help you. TONY T (the staff pharmacist) as well as Pablo (pharmacy tech) both need to lose their jobs. You both need massive training in customer service as you lack any iota of professionalism. Based solely off of these two incompetent individuals, I will never give ANY Mariano’s pharmacy my business again.
